Customer Relations Officer Northern Suburbs

We are seeking to strengthen and diversify our team with the addition of a Customer Relations Officer to work in the Northern Suburbs.  If you are interested in becoming part of a collaborative team where ideas are shared to achieve the best results, this may be for you. 

The Customer Relation Officer takes care of the on boarding and support of new participants. This includes interpretation and implementation of NDIS plans and completion of service plans and agreements based on assessment of individual circumstances and goals.  The CRO manages service bookings through the Portal and links the participant with supports to ensure positive outcomes.   The role provides the satisfaction of following through with participants and those supporting them as they navigate NDIS processes and benefit from the services by learning new skills and attaining goals and dreams.

  • Liaise and network with a range of professionals to insure the best outcomes for participants and their families
  • Develop and train the support workers in your area to enable productive participant/ worker matching
  • Meet a diverse group pf participants and their families so that you expand your knowledge in preparation for career development at Nextt
  • Have the use of a company car

  • Qualifications and experience in Disability and Mental Health Services
  • Experience in managing the delivery of customer support plans within a disability framework
  • Efficient and detail minded with confident and quick technical skills
  • Passion and commitment to follow through and attain the best results
  • Able to take control of your own work and career progression
  • A sense of humour and sensitive and insightful
  • Clear National Police check issued within the last 12 months
  • Working with Children Check
  • Valid Australian drivers licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Happy to consent to a DWES check
  • The right to work in Australia
