Programs are designed and monitored by behavioural specialists with ongoing training to ensure success, satisfaction and a safe work environment. Current programs enable us to offer ongoing casual work with a variety of different shifts. The hours of work vary and include weekday shifts, evening and weekend shifts as well as overnight hours. Penalty rates apply on weekends, Public Holidays and after 8 pm. This is an opportunity to work with other professionals, learn and advance your career.

As well as your courage and commitment, you will need the following to join our team.
- A relevant qualification or currently studying
- Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural issues
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Clear National Police check issued within the last 12 months
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian drivers licence and reliable transport
- Maturity and the strength to put personal emotions aside to provide support
- Commitment to following guidelines and instructions
- Mobile phone with internet access
- The right to work in Australia
